Advice on using the 3D Bust Lift from Biologique Recherche:

No. 1 - BUST AREA:

- Step 1: Apply 3 to 4 pumps of product into the palm of your hand and spread over the entire palms of your hands.

- Step 2: Apply the product in the shape of an 8.

With your right hand flat, move from below the right breast to the left shoulder, passing through the middle of the chest.

Do the same on the opposite side, starting from below the left breast towards the right shoulder.

- Step 3: Smooth upwards on the outside of the right breast then on the outside of the left breast.

N°2 - BUTTOCK AREA:

Apply the product using large circular massages, from the top of the thigh towards the hip.
